Robert L. Hutzel, President, CIH, CSP
Enrique Luviano, IH Consultant, Operations Manager
Enrique has worked at Hutzel & Associates, Inc. since 1993. He currently serves as the company's Operations Manager. Mr. Luviano has a Bachelor of Science degree in Entomology from the University of Arizona. He is currently EPA certified as an AHERA Contractor/Supervisor, Building Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer and has completed the NIOSH 582 course for asbestos analysis. Mr. Luviano has also completed the OSHA 500 Construction Safety course, and conducts training classes in English and Spanish. Mr. Luviano has extensive experience conducting industrial hygiene, asbestos, and indoor air quality surveys. He is excellent at managing employees, conducting training classes and working with our clients.
Colby served in the United States Army for 4 years as a Combat Medic. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health - Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of Arizona in 2019, the same year that he joined Hutzel & Associates, Inc. Colby has performed numerous industrial hygiene surveys for our clients throughout the Southwest under Mr. Hutzel's guidance, and his experience also includes abatement project management, building inspections, investigating indoor air quality complaints, and qualitative/quantitative respirator fit testing. Colby's current certifications include: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), EPA AHERA Building Inspector & Contractor/Supervisor, OSHA 30-Hour General Industry, MSHA Part 48 Surface New Miner (M/NM), CPR, AED, and First Aid. Colby is a military veteran!
Augustine Anderson, IH Consultant
In 2016, Hutzel & Associates was fortunate to find this newest member of our team. Augustine has worked in the asbestos industry since 2003. He is currently an EPA Certified AHERA Contractor/Supervisor and Building Inspector; and completed his OSHA 40 Hour Hazwoper training. Augustine's experience with Hutzel & Associates includes asbestos and lead building inspections, asbestos and lead abatement project management; indoor air quality, mold and industrial hygiene surveys. Augustine's years of experience in the industry make him a wonderful asset to our team and our clients.
Ronald Gilbert, IH Consultant
Before joining the Hutzel & Associates, Inc. team in the 4th quarter of 2019, Ron had an extensive career in safety. Ron spent 8 years in the Air Force as a Munitions Systems Technician, working with explosives, which meant that safety was the top priority day in and day out. During those 8 years, Ron spent 7 years overseeing various safety programs and ensuring personnel within his shops adhered to safety standards. His knowledge of OSHA regulations and attention to detail brought him into the world of General Construction Contracting where he quickly rose from a General Construction Laborer to the position of Superintendent and Quality Control Manager. Ron's current certifications and training include: EPA AHERA Building Inspector & Contractor/Supervisor, EPA Lead Based Paint Inspector & Risk Assessor, OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 training, Infectious Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) for Healthcare Construction course, CPR, AED and First Aid. Ron is a military veteran!
Connie Hutzel, Office Manager
Connie is the Office Manager for Hutzel & Associates, Inc. in charge of payroll, accounting, human resources, marketing, compliance, contracts and office administration. Connie has worked in the office administration field for over 35 years and joined Hutzel & Associates in 2009. She has excellent professional skills in organization, communication and computers. She keeps this place running!
