Hutzel & Associates, Inc. Team Robert L. Hutzel, President, CIH, CSP Mr. Hutzel has been in the safety and health profession for nearly 40 years. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). He has worked for Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH), and the University of Arizona as an industrial hygienist. Mr. Hutzel developed the corporate industrial hygiene program for Salt River Project, and has provided hundreds of clients with professional consulting services for over 20 years. He is currently an Associate Faculty member at Arizona State University where he teaches two courses in Industrial Hygiene, he served on the Arizona OSHA Review Board, and is a member of the Technical Registrars' committee for developing cleanup standards for meth drug labs. Mr. Hutzel has published in the American Journal of Industrial Hygiene and has given speeches and training courses throughout the United States and Canada. He founded Hutzel & Associates, Inc. in 1990. Enrique Luviano, IH, Operations Manager Enrique has worked at Hutzel & Associates, Inc. since 1993. He currently serves as the company's Operations Manager. Mr. Luviano has a Bachelor of Science degree in Entomology from the University of Arizona. He is currently AHERA certified as a Contractor/Supervisor, Building Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer and has completed the NIOSH 582 course for asbestos analysis. Mr. Luviano has also completed the OSHA 500 Construction Safety course, and conducts training classes in English and Spanish. Mr. Luviano has extensive experience conducting industrial hygiene, asbestos, and indoor air quality surveys. He is excellent at managing employees, conducting training classes and working with our clients. DeVee Amen, IH, Safety Dee has worked at Hutzel & Associates, Inc. since 2008. She has a Bachelors degree in Art with a minor in Biology and is currently working towards an Associates degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Gateway Community College. She has AHERA certifications as a Contractor/Supervisor and Building Inspector. Ms. Amen has also completed the OSHA 510 Training Course in Construction. Since working at Hutzel & Associates, Ms. Amen has conducted numerous inspections and surveys regarding safety, indoor air quality and asbestos. Connie Hutzel, Office Manager Connie is the Office Manager for Hutzel & Associates, Inc. in charge of payroll, accounting, human resources, marketing and office administration. Connie has worked in the office administration field for over 20 years. She has excellent professional skills in organization, communication and computers. She has developed Hutzel & Associates website and is accomplished in the area of graphic arts. Paul Hutzel, IH Paul began work at Hutzel & Associates, Inc. in 2009. He comes to us with 29 years of work experience in the building and construction industry. Mr. Hutzel previously supervised 120 employees and worked vigorously managing a $15 million operating budget. He is currently EPA certified as an AHERA Contractor/Supervisor, Building Inspector, Management Planner; Lead Renovator. He has received a certificate from the American Society of Safety Engineers for attending various Safety Workshops and completed training in OSHA 510. With our company, Mr. Hutzel has conducted numerous surveys pertaining to AHERA building inspections, asbestos project management and asbestos abatement oversight. Gina Letts, MS - Minneapolis, MN Gina has worked at Hutzel & Associates, Inc. for over 12 years. She has a Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies and a Masters Degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health. Ms. Letts has conducted hundreds of surveys in industrial hygiene, indoor air quality, asbestos, and lead. Ms. Letts is currently AHERA certified as a Project Designer, Building Inspector, Management Planner and Contractor/Supervisor. She has published in the Journal of Aerosol Science. Gina has excellent communication and personal skills and continually maintains an excellent professional rapport with our clients. Edward Robinson, IH Ed has worked at Hutzel & Associates, Inc. since 2006. His professional experience includes working for the United States Air Force as an industrial hygienist, compliance officer for Arizona OSHA, and as an industrial hygienist for the State of Arizona Risk Management Department. He is currently an AHERA certified Building Inspector & Management Planner. Mr. Robinson has an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Bioenvironmental Engineering, a Bachelors of Art degree in Business Management and is an Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) on the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
